To be honest, it should be called an ice-cream rather than a smoothie bowl. Add 4 frozen bananas to a blender, ½  cup coconut milk. Coconut milk is easy to prepare. 2 tsp cacao powder. 

Remember, there is a difference between cocoa powder and cocoa powder. Cacao powder is pure. There is no adulteration done to it But cocoa powder is highly refined. So use cacao instead. You can find it easily on Amazon 

Then add 4 dates with their seeds removed, a pinch of rock salt and a pinch of cinnamon powder.1 tsp peanut butter and a pinch of vanilla powder. In case you don’t have these ingredients, don’t worry about it. Just blend them all together once again and now your chocolate smoothie bowl is ready.

This super beautiful smoothie bowl made from just 3 ingredients is something. Add 2 frozen bananas to your blender, 3 chopped soft pears. Use really soft pears that can be easily pressed. In case you can’t find soft pears, you can use soft apples instead. Finally, you need ½ cup chopped beetroot,  all you need to do is blend. Into a bowl and top it with your favorite fruits, nuts and seeds.
