Keep a pot on low flame add 1/2 cup water cup water and blended mixture to it. mixing and slowly shift the gas from low to medium flame.
Once the mixture starts boiling, put it back on low flame and keep mixing it. or else, the mixture stick to the bottom. add 3 tsp jaggery powder and cook for approximately 3 mins.
Then switch off the gas and add 3/4 tsp cardamom powder. To give rabri a beautiful color, add 25 saffron strands. which soaked in warm water for 2 hours and add a pinch of rock salt. You can serve it hot, but prefer cooling it in the refrigerator for an hour.

- 1/2 cup grated dry coconut
- 1/4 cup soaked cashews
- 1/2 cup raisins
It’s time to make some Coco laddu using only 3 ingredients. To make this, we need 1/2 cup grated dry coconut. don’t need a fresh coconut with hair. We have to use a dry coconut. Dry coconut has more oil than normal coconuts, which will help hold the shape of the laddus. Add 1/2 cup grated dry coconut to a mixer. last ingredient 1/2 cup raisins.
Blend these 3 ingredients until they’ve mixed together properly. Don’t blend them too much or else the mixture will become sticky. To make the crust, first place a clay pan on medium flame. and 1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup roasted almonds, Now roast them on low flame until they turn mildly brown.
Be careful that they don’t get burned even a little or else your crust will have a burnt flavor. When they turn light brown, transfer them to a mixer. add 1/2 cup dates, de-seeded and blend it. The crust should be a little crumbly, keep it aside.

- 1+1 cups finely chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup soaked cashews
- 2 tsp jaggery
- 4 dates, de- seeded
- 1/2 tsp rock salt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Prepare our cheese To make this add 1 cup chopped pineapple to a mixer, and 1/2 cup soaked cashews, 2 tsp jaggery, 4 dates, de- seeded,1/2 tsp rock salt, 2 tsp lemon juice blend it well together. When our cheese has blended fully, add 1 cup finely chopped pineapples on top. first finely chopped them with a knife and mix it well together.
